Refund & Cancellation Policy

Reservation & Payment

To confirm your booking, we require your name, contact details, ID proof, and an advance payment via Razorpay (card, wallet, or net banking).

Cancellation Charges

  • 45+ days before check-in: 100% Credit Note or 80% Refund (minus processing fee if paid by credit card)

  • 35-44 days before check-in: 75% Credit Note or 50% Refund

  • Less than 34 days: No Credit Note or Refund

Cancellations must be made via email.

Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Third-Party Bookings

For bookings through travel agents or websites, refer to their refund policies. We are not responsible for third-party transactions.
