Meal Details

Self help breakfast is available.

1. Chef on call service available. Rates are applicable per meal per person basis.*
2. Guests have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
3. BBQ can be arranged at an additional cost.*
4. Veg food and Jain food can be taken care of.*
5. Raw material is to be paid at actuals.

House rules 

  • 1. The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
    2. The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
    3. Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
    4. All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
    5. All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

  • 6. Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
    7. Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
    8. Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
    9. A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
    10. This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

Policy

  • 1. This is not a pet-friendly property.
    2. In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the lights and fans for a few hours.
    3. Please note that only the VI network works well here.
    4. Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
    5. Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
    6. There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area.
    7. The caretaker stays near the premises of the same property.

  • 8. Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
    9. Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
    10. Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
    11. Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
    12. We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
    13. Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
